The Pine River Community Learning Center(PRCLC) is a nonprofit educational organization, serving adults and families in eastern La Plata County for more than 30 years. Dedicated to the principle that life is learning, and realizing the unparalleled wealth of cultures in the rural Southwest and the unique gifts of its people, PRCLC focuses education to the strengths and spirit of its students.

We envision a community that values lifelong learning, where diversity exchanges freely and neighborliness thrives, where teachers and learners honor each other’s knowledge in a respectful and fluid environment, where success is prolific.
