Having several strands, the PRCLC Adult Education program covers a broad spectrum of growth opportunities:

  • Digital Literacy
  • Community Education
  • Foundational Education and GED
  • College Prep
  • and Work Readiness.

By enabling smooth transitions between subjects, we hope students will feel encouraged to become lifelong learners and find fast, practical application of their skills.

PRCLC Adult Education networks with various community partners — such as Public Libraries, Colleges, Workforce Centers, Chambers of Commerce, Court and Treatment agencies, Health and Social Services, and the Southern Ute Tribe. That way,we’re able to connect multiple opportunities for career and life advancement, and provide bridges to new personal achievement.

As the “flagship” of our 30-year enterprise, Adult Education strives to bring people together for mutual excellence, doers and thinkers alike, nourishing rural life and tradition, enriching the well-being of all citizens in La Plata County.
