English as a Second Language

PRCLC offers several English language classes in Ignacio and Bayfield. They are designed to enhance skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing for people whose native language is other than English.

We use a variety of resources:

• text
• conversation
• multimedia
• computers
• audio-video

Our classrooms are also portable, able to engage in workplaces upon request.

By equipping international newcomers to understand and communicate in English, they can better integrate into our communities, easily and productively.

Current students include people from Mexico, Peru, China, and Slovakia.
